Garden Steps

Below you will see some samples of Steps built by Classic Landscapes.

These Steps have been built using a variety of materials, Brick, Stone and Paving, Railway Sleepers and Gravel.

Steps are a great for linking together different levels in a garden, as well as creating a feature to enhance the garden space.

Blending with the Existing Surroundings

Here Granary Steps have been built in the same stone as the Farm House, and in keeping with the Farm House genre, to generate a link between the House and the Patio area.

This has made a feature of the steps and enhanced the building at the same time. At the side of the House a run of steps was needed to allow access from the front to the back of the property. Again the same stone, which was used in the construction of the house, was used to build the risers for the steps and blend them into the surroundings of the property.

Feature Steps

These pictures show some feature steps, Circular Steps using bricks, and the more Rustic Steps which utilise Railway Sleepers and Gravel. These steps bring together different garden levels, and help to create a flow through the garden.
